These Rules apply to all players who have registered their account on the server. Entering the game, you automatically agree to these rules.

1. Rights and obligations of the parties

1.1. The administration reserves the right to make any changes on the server without prior notice to the players.
1.2. All players must independently track changes in the rules.
1.3. Administration is not responsible for the temporary or permanent inability to play on the server by a specific person or group of persons.
1.4. The Administration may at any time, without giving reasons, stop granting access to the server to a particular user or subnet as a whole.
1.5. Administration is not obligated and does not deal with the return of things, accounts, characters or their parameters, lost by the players for any possible reason.
1.6. Responsibility is borne by the owner of the account, regardless of who acted under this account.
1.7. Accounts and all their contents are the property of the Server Administration.
1.8. The administration reserves the right not to respond to recurring questions from users, if the answers to them have already been given.

2. Interaction with the Server Administration

2.1. It is forbidden to apply to the Administration without extreme necessity. Any appeal to the Administration should contain a clear statement of the player's problem or a question regarding the operation of this server. The server administration reserves the right not to answer questions.
2.2. It is forbidden to disrespect the Server Administration.
2.3. Threats to the Administration of the server in the game, on the forum and in the support service are prohibited.
2.4. It is forbidden to interfere with the work of the Administration.
2.5. It is forbidden to wrangle with the Administration and challenge their actions.
2.6. It is forbidden to mislead other players, appearing as the Administration.
2.7. It is forbidden to publish interviews with the Administration, or their contents without prior approval.
2.8. It is forbidden to discuss the punishment imposed by the Administrator.
2.9. It is forbidden to spread rumors, slander about the server, players, Administration.

3. Using programs, gameplay

3.1. It is forbidden to use programs that emulate the presence of a player in the game or that disrupt the normal operation of the server software. By such means programs that change the client or replace it, and change or facilitate the gameplay is not gaming methods.
3.2. It is forbidden unauthorized access to someone else's game account.
3.3. Threats in any manifestation towards the players are forbidden if the threat is not part of the roleplay.
3.4. It is forbidden to send messages to the general chat that violate the laws of the Russian Federation.
3.5. It is forbidden explicitly or implicitly to advertise other online games, explicitly or implicitly advertise other game projects.
3.6. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are forbidden.

4. Using server errors (bugs)

4.1. It is forbidden to use any server errors (bugs).
4.2. It is forbidden to kill monsters, when they can not hit the player for reasons not provided for by the game.
4.3. It is prohibited to run with a deployed siege kit.
4.4. If you find a new bug, report this to the Server Administration in the PM on the forum
4.5. It is forbidden to leave the game during a fight.
4.6. It is forbidden to create tweeting accounts for the purpose of fraudulently circumventing the active online counting system.
4.7. It is forbidden to transfer items marked "Exchange: not possible".
4.8. It is forbidden to remove your character in the LC or in other ways, to cancel his participation in the voting, both before the start of voting and during the voting, tk. This leads to errors in the system of charging votes.

5. Conversation, naming

5.1. It is strictly prohibited to use obscene expressions and insult players both in the game and on the forum.
5.2. The names of guilds, abbreviations of guilds, insulting other players or simply containing vulgar vocabulary, signs of racism, propaganda of terrorism and words / abbreviations GM \ GM, Admin \ Admin and semantic analogues are inadmissible. Forbidden names that offend other players or simply contain vulgar vocabulary. Nicks of characters or spaces are forbidden.
5.3. When creating a character, it is forbidden to give it a name containing reserved words: GM, Administrator, Admin, ADM, Support, GameMaster and the like, which can deceive the rest of the players. The use of the Administration nicknames is strictly prohibited.
5.4. It is forbidden to impersonate the Administration or an authorized representative of the administration.
5.5. It is strictly forbidden to use obscene expressions and their semantic analogues in the chat. Blackmail is punished.
5.6. Creation of characters of an alternative race and attempts by these characters to provoke players to abuse and inadequate reaction are punishable.
5.7. It is forbidden to create themes like "I'm tired, I'm leaving" or "I'm played enough, I'm leaving" or "I'm back". Say goodbye / say hello to friends in guild chat and through voice communication programs.
5.8. Flood in sections of the forum that do not imply off-topic communication, we punish.

5.9. It is forbidden to duplicate / create themes of the same type in the various sections of the forum.
5.10. It is forbidden to recreate the topic if it was deleted by the moderator / GM / Administrator.
5.11. It is forbidden to create themes that condemn the balance on the server. Your point of view may be different from ours, but that does not mean that our or your opinion is wrong. If you want to offer us something to change in the balance sheet, create a ticket in the technical support service or create a topic in the appropriate section without any claims and demands. Defend your point of view not with cries, but with well-founded facts.
5.12. It is forbidden to write a "blank" message on the forum (without visible characters).

6. Relationships between players

6.1. Murder of games (PCs) on the server is allowed. There are no rules and restrictions
6.2. There are no special rules for PvP.
6.3. Trade is carried out directly by the players themselves and any mistakes made by the participants in trade relations remain on their conscience, except when using game bugs.
6.4. Additional explanations for assigning names and names of guilds:
It is forbidden to impersonate another player by copying or forging his nickname / guild name, in order to mislead other players.

7. Rights of the Administration

7.1. The administration does not participate in the game disassembly of players, except in cases of violation of the rules.
7.2. Does not return items, money, skills lost as a result of ignorance of the rules of the game or unplanned server rollbacks.
7.3. Administration has the right to change server elements (balance, skills, items, etc.), as well as these rules without prior notification
7.4 Administration does not allow persons under 18 years of age to the forum and server.

8. Liability for violation of rules

8.1. Responsibility is always borne by the owner of the account, regardless of who acted under this account.
8.2. The following penalties are provided: account blocking or account deletion. The specific type and term of punishment for each individual case is determined by the Administration
8.3. In some cases, the IP address of the intruder is blocked, for a period determined by the administration of the server, in this case all players playing from this IP are punished.

9. Addition of rules

9.1. These rules can be supplemented without warning.
9.2. In the event that a player commits an act that clearly prejudices the organization of the game and (or) the game process, but is not explicitly stipulated in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a penalty adequate to the committed act (including the deletion of the account), followed by mandatory amendments to its wording And publicly declaring his decision to impose a penalty in such cases on the server forum.
